A new headphone archetype
Demonstrator model for Neuro-feedback headphones. It relaxes ones brain while listening to music by adjusting the brain waves.
Neuro feedback headphones are based on a Philips patent. It can be used with an ipod or any other mp3 player. The brief was to create a product which fits into the consumer electronics domain but quietly communicates that its a little more advanced. Its mainly used with an ipod or any other mp3 player. The problem / Keeping contact with the skin
A good design solution for positioning the headphones has crucial importance in this case.There are 4 built in conductive rubber connection points which makes this device work with brainwaves.These have to be in contact with the skin continuously, yet the headphones has to be comfortable to wear at all times.
